A few weeks ago, Claire and I paid a visit to Seattle. This time we were there to see dredg. We’ve seen these guys so many times but it never gets old. They are such great performers.
Opening up the night was a local band, who we missed. However we caught the second act, The Trophy Fire, and they were just wonderful. Shortly after they wrapped up their set, Fair to Midland took the stage. To be honest, I listened to a few songs before hitting up the show and I liked what I heard. What I did not expect was so much energy! Turns out, I listened to their mellow songs not knowing that the singer would rock the stage and try to hang from the non-existent rafters. It was great seeing dredg come out and interact with the crowd. I love hearing their older songs because they take me to a happy place. I don’t think I will ever tire of seeing these guys perform live.
